1. Contractual Agreement

2. Lexicon

• Platform: All virtual assets distributed by Charger, spanning mobile titles like Arcane Match, web domains, graphical assets, and underlying code.
• Participant: Any entity or person interfacing with the Platform ("you").
• Assistance Protocol: Client aid delivered via Charger's sanctioned communication vectors.

3. Age Prerequisites

The Platform is calibrated for a universal demographic.

We strictly abstain from intentionally archiving personal metrics from minors under 13 (or 16 in specific locales) devoid of authenticated guardian authorization. Minor-related data is strictly governed by our Privacy Policy.

4. Authorized Utilization

You pledge to employ the Platform exclusively for legitimate, individual, and non-commercial leisure.

Strict prohibitions include:

• Deploying the Platform for illicit, malicious, or unapproved schemes.
• Sabotaging or congesting the Platform infrastructure and server architectures.
• Bypassing encryption, access barriers, or digital rights management mechanisms.
• Infiltrating restricted administrative sectors of the Platform.

We retain the sovereign right to alter, throttle, or terminate any Platform segment instantaneously, sans prior notification.

5. Proprietary Rights and Licensing

Charger bestows upon you a constrained, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable permit to engage with the Platform strictly for personal amusement.

All constituent elements—including source code, visual art, typography, acoustics, and branding—are heavily guarded by international intellectual property statutes and remain the sole domain of Charger or its partners.

Replication, unauthorized distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or the creation of derivative works without explicit written consent is strictly forbidden.

6. Information Safeguarding

We provide no assurances regarding uninterrupted connectivity, absence of software anomalies, or fulfillment of subjective expectations.

Charger shall be entirely shielded from claims of indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages stemming from Platform utilization, to the maximum degree permitted by law.

8. Amendments and Service Cessation

Charger may perpetually iterate upon this Agreement. Modernized clauses gain immediate effect upon publication within the Platform.

Sustained interaction following amendments confirms your ratification of the new terms.

We reserve the unilateral authority to revoke or freeze your access if violations of this Agreement occur or if mandated by regulatory bodies.

9. Jurisdictional Authority

This Agreement shall be deciphered and enforced in alignment with prevailing local and international laws, disregarding conflict of law doctrines.
